各体験ページに記載された金額。表示金額はお客様がお支払いになる総額です。決済時に追加の消費税は加算しません。Prices are listed on each experience page. Displayed amounts are the total amount payable. No additional consumption tax is added at checkout.

各体験に「含まれる」と明記されていない交通費、飲食代、拝観料、入場料、任意の追加体験料金はお客様のご負担です。クレジットカード決済の追加手数料はKYOTO BENから請求しません。Guests are responsible for transportation, meals, admission fees and optional activities unless expressly listed as included. KYOTO BEN does not add a card processing surcharge.

Stripeによるクレジットカード、デビットカード決済。利用可能なカードブランドはStripe決済画面に表示されます。Credit and debit card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Available card brands are shown at checkout.

全額払いは決済時に即時課金されます。10,000円の予約金を選択した場合、予約金は決済時に即時課金され、最終料金に充当されます。残額は原則としてツアー開始日の7日前までにお支払いください。開始日まで7日未満の予約は、確認後速やかに残額のお支払いをお願いする場合があります。Arashiyama First Lightは空き状況を確認した後に決済をご案内します。Full payments are charged immediately. A ¥10,000 reservation deposit is charged immediately and credited toward the final price. The remaining balance is normally due 7 days before the tour. Bookings made within 7 days may require prompt balance payment after confirmation. First Light requires availability confirmation before payment.

ご予約確定時に合意した日時に、京都または合意した集合場所でサービスを提供します。外部施設、出演者、レストラン等を含む体験は、各提供者の空き状況確認後に確定します。Services are provided on the confirmed date and time at the agreed meeting point. Experiences involving third party venues, performers or restaurants are confirmed after provider availability is verified.

ガイド、施設、出演者、レストラン等の空き状況により予約可能数が限られます。予約は確認メールをもって確定します。Reservations are subject to guide and provider availability. A booking is confirmed by confirmation email.

ツアー開始日時の7日前までにキャンセルのご連絡をいただいた場合、支払済み金額を全額返金します。開始日時まで7日未満のキャンセルは返金できません。予約金、全額払いのどちらにも同じ条件が適用されます。KYOTO BEN側の都合によりサービスを提供できない場合、対象サービスの支払済み金額を全額返金します。Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations received fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. The same rule applies to deposits and full payments. If KYOTO BEN cannot provide the confirmed service, the affected payment will be refunded in full.

KYOTO BENの責により確認済みのサービスを提供できなかった場合は、該当部分の返金またはお客様と合意した代替日への変更を行います。まずbooking@kyotoben.comまでご連絡ください。If a confirmed service cannot be delivered due to KYOTO BEN, we will refund the affected portion or offer a mutually agreed replacement date. Please contact booking@kyotoben.com.
