Booking Terms
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when availability has been accepted by KYOTO BEN and the required payment has been received. Experiences involving third party providers remain subject to provider availability until confirmation is issued.
Reservation deposit
Where offered, the ¥10,000 deposit reserves the confirmed service and is credited toward the final total. The balance is normally due 7 days before the scheduled start, or promptly after confirmation for bookings made within 7 days.
Prices and inclusions
Only items expressly listed as included are included in the displayed price. Transportation, meals, admission fees and optional activities are paid by the guest unless the experience description says otherwise.
Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time and for communicating allergies, accessibility needs or other material requirements before the tour.
Changes
Routes may be reasonably adjusted because of weather, closures, crowd conditions, transport disruption or provider availability while preserving the overall character of the booked experience.
